概要	This paper explores the benefits and challenges facing universities wanting to create coordinated English study programs. The purpose is to spur discussion by introducing the questions that need to be asked. Each answer is then analyzed to show how it may fit into a particular system. The paper shows there is not one approach but many to English Education and while each university must decide what best fits their needs, a coordinated program is essential.
