概要	This study presents a comprehensive framework for describing the food supply chain as a network following the spread of COVID-19, capturing the dynamics of interactions and spillover effects between companies. It utilizes firm data, including credit information for each firm and connections between firms as suppliers and customers. Firms that maintained relatively high growth even after the pandemic form a network with relatively dense connections among themselves. In contrast, firms with lower performance are relatively isolated or rely on connections to other categories of firms with many peripheral edges.
